Can you accommodate dietary restrictions, such as gluten free, vegan, etc.?

Yes! We can accompany any guests with specific allergies or diet restrictions.

Do you offer event packages or is everything à la carte? What exactly do your packages include?

We specialize in buffet menus only. We do not execute sit-down dinners. We have buffet menus for you to choose from and additional selections for desserts and hors d’oeuvres that can be added to any menu package. We have a venue rental fee, which is all inclusive of guest tables, chairs, white linen table covers, colored linen napkins of your choice, buffet tables, all non-alcoholic beverages, mixers, bar set ups, ice, glassware, professional wait staff, event coordinator, bartenders and kitchen personnel.

Do you allow us to bring in our own decorations?

Yes, you are welcome to decorate the venue to your preference with the exception of no glitter or confetti permitted in our venue.

Do you have a liquor license? What exactly do your packages include?

No, you would supply liquor, beer, wine and champagne and be responsible for transporting it to Gianni’s. For budgeting purposes you can estimate approximately $10.00 – $12.00 per person (for a wedding). We will take care of chilling all necessary bottles. We do not allow kegs in our venue. Your sales manager at Giannis can assist you with recommended purchasing quantities.

What is your price for children’s meals and what are the options?

We charge $15.00 per child under 10 and children under 3 are $6.00 per child. We can offer various options for children such as chicken tenders and french fries. We also have highchairs and booster seats available at no additional charge.

What do you charge for vendor meals?

We offer vendors the same option as your guests at NO CHARGE for up to 4 vendors. Please note, all vendors are NOT permitted to consume any alcoholic beverages at our venue. This is venue policy and there are no exceptions.

Do you provide celebration cakes, including wedding cakes?

No, we do not provide cakes. However we can provide a list of reputable bakers in the area. We do not have a cake cutting fee.

Do you offer tastings?

We feature the same recipes and ingredients at our sister property, located across the street Giovanni’s. Giovanni’s has been established since 2009 and has nothing but rave reviews! Most of our clients are inquiring about Gianni’s Catering because they have eaten at our restaurant and have experienced our food. Please inquire to your sales manager if you require further assistance regarding a tasting.

What is your payment policy? Do you accept credit cards?

We require a non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00 to reserve our venue for your wedding reception. For all social and corporate events, we require a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 to reserve your date. We do accept all major credit cards.

Do you have a ceremony site on location?

We feature two indoor ceremony options at this time.

How many people does the venue hold?

Our minimum guest count is 40 and our max guest capacity is 100 guests with a dance floor, 120 guests without a dance floor.

What is the pricing to have an event at Gianni’s?

Our venue fee starts at $600.00 for a 3-hour social event and $800 for a 4-hour social event. Our venue fee for weddings starts at $1,600.00 for a 4-hour reception. The venue rental includes tables, chairs, white guest table linens, linen napkins (color of your choice), china plates, flatware & glassware, your choice of time frame, all non-alcoholic beverages continuous for your event, coffee & tea, food service personnel and bar tender* (*if client is providing alcohol). In addition to the venue fee, clients will have the food cost per person, with menus starting at $27.00 per person on up. The only food clients are allowed to bring into Gianni’s are desserts. We do not allow any other outside food.
